Process_Description:

Points were initally placed by geocoding process. The Meeting_Pl field was used for address location and the 1990 Census Tiger Line Files were used for the reference theme. Found 428 out of 570 locations (approx %75). Checked points against 1901 Sanborn Map, moved points to correspond to 1901 addresses.
